CONTEMPORARY POP Songs with FEMALE Vocals are U-R-G-E-N-T-L-Y needed for a NON-Exclusive, (up-to) $20,000, Direct-to-Ad Agency placement in a Hygiene-Related TV Commercial. They’re looking for Positive, Energetic, Mid-to-Up-Tempo Songs that sound like they’d be in a super cool TV commercial. Please listen to the following references to get yourself in the wide stylistic range of what they need: (but don’t limit yourself to just these)

“Confident” by Demi Lovato
“Run The World” by Beyonce

What They Want: They’re looking for well-crafted, Upbeat, Catchy, Energetic Pop Songs that have a rhythmically, melodically, and lyrically engaging approach. They would also love for the song to have some sort of build/lift in it as well.

What They DO NOT Want: They are not looking for Bubblegum Pop, Cheesy Lyrics, Aggressive/Angry-sounding Songs, or Songs that explicitly talks about Love, finding a man or breaking up with someone.

Lyric themes are the most important aspect for this pitch. You’ll make this Ad Agency extremely happy if your song revolves around these themes, concepts or key words given to us by them:

– Moves/ Movement/ Motion/ Moving, Dance, Body, Fresh, Energy, Confident, Rebel/ rebellious, Empowerment, Go/ Get going/ Going out/ Going places, Act/ Action, Momentum, Night out, Seize the day/ seize the moment, The way you move

Please do NOT copy or rip off the referenced artists in any way, shape, or form. Use them as a general guide for tempo, tone, and overall vibe. Broadcast Quality is needed (great sounding home recordings are fine).

They’re not looking for lyrics that have those exact words or phrases in them. It’s about the ideas or concepts. Hint: If you read between the lines, they’re looking for some cool, hip, fun music for a deodorant commercial that’s targeted at the ladies!

They will need an instrumental-only version of your song as well, but not yet! All you need to submit for now is the Full Song with vocals, but please have a mix-minus-vocal on hand and ready to send it at a moment’s notice if you get a call or email from the Ad-Agency. If you don’t have the ability to get your mix-minus-vocal in the Ad-Agency’s hands within an hour after being contacted, please don’t submit for this!

The estimated license fee for this placement is between $18,000 to $20,000, depending on the ultimate use. This is a Direct-to-Ad-Agency pitch. You’ll keep 100% ownership of the Copyright and Master Recording, but you won’t be able to license it for any other Commercials for the duration of the term of agreement, which will be determined by the Ad Agency and you. You must own or control 100% of the Master and Composition rights to pitch for this opportunity. Please submit one to three Songs online or per CD. All submissions will be screened on a Yes/No basis by a VMM A&R person who was hand-picked by the Ad Agency! No full critiques.
